Over the years, I’ve worn a lot of hats leading teams, managing operations, building out tech systems, and navigating all the behind-the-scenes stuff that keeps things running. Along the way, I saw just how often small businesses and nonprofits are stuck juggling HR and Operations without clear systems or support.

My career has shown me that the most successful organizations are the ones that have a healthy balance between their people, their processes, and their platforms. I founded Brock Office Solutions to help small businesses and nonprofits achieve that same level of sustainable alignment

A Bit About Me

I live in Warren, Ohio with my wife and two kids. When I’m not helping businesses get their systems sorted out, I’m probably exploring new places and restaurants, playing guitar, roasting coffee, nerding out with tech at home, or tending to something on the smoker. I take my work seriously, but I also believe that good work should support a good life, and that’s what I try to help other people build too.
